🥗 Bavarian Pretzels

Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 20 g yeast
- 1 TL sugar
- 2 TL salt
- 300 ml water
- 1 EL baking soda
- 1 eggs
- 1 TL sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve yeast in water. Mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- 2. Knead dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 3. Shape dough into strands and twist into pretzels.
- 4. Dip in a soda solution (water + baking soda).
- 5. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sea salt.
- 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes.
