🍋 Coastal Bavarois

Ingredients
- 250 ml Heavy cream (30% fat)
- 1 Päckchen (43 g) Vanilla pudding mix (instant)
- 50 g Sugar
- 40 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 Stück Lemon zest
- 200 ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Pour the water into a pot and whisk the pudding mix and sugar until smooth.
- 2. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly until it thickens and boils. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 3. Stir the lemon juice and lemon zest into the hot cream. Let it cool to room temperature.
- 4. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, but not too firm.
- 5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon cream.
- 6. Fill the cream into four molds or glasses. Place them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
