  1. 1. Pour the water into a pot and whisk the pudding mix and sugar until smooth.
  2. 2. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly until it thickens and boils. Remove the pot from the heat.
  3. 3. Stir the lemon juice and lemon zest into the hot cream. Let it cool to room temperature.
  4. 4. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, but not too firm.
  5. 5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon cream.
  6. 6. Fill the cream into four molds or glasses. Place them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
