🍪 German Magdalenas with Raspberries

Ingredients
- 200 g All-purpose flour
- 100 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs (Size M)
- 1 Pck. Baking powder
- 150 g Raspberries
- 20 g Powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius conventional heat. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- 2. Cut the butter into small cubes and beat them together with the sugar and eggs in a bowl using a hand mixer for 3 minutes until fluffy.
- 3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir it gently into the butter mixture until a smooth dough forms. Cover the bowl for 10 minutes.
- 4. Take 150 grams of raspberries and fold them gently into the dough. Do not completely deflate the air bubbles.
- 5. Shape 16 small, flat cakes (approx. 5 cm diameter) with wet hands. Place them with spacing on the baking sheet.
- 6. Bake the Magdalenas for 15 minutes until golden yellow. Perform a toothpick test: A wooden skewer must come out clean.
- 7. Let the cakes cool completely on a wire rack. Dust them with powdered sugar before serving.
