  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius conventional heat. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. 2. Cut the butter into small cubes and beat them together with the sugar and eggs in a bowl using a hand mixer for 3 minutes until fluffy.
  3. 3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir it gently into the butter mixture until a smooth dough forms. Cover the bowl for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Take 150 grams of raspberries and fold them gently into the dough. Do not completely deflate the air bubbles.
  5. 5. Shape 16 small, flat cakes (approx. 5 cm diameter) with wet hands. Place them with spacing on the baking sheet.
  6. 6. Bake the Magdalenas for 15 minutes until golden yellow. Perform a toothpick test: A wooden skewer must come out clean.
  7. 7. Let the cakes cool completely on a wire rack. Dust them with powdered sugar before serving.
