Ingredients
- 400 g potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 eggs
- 2 EL oil
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel, dice the potatoes, and fry in a pan.
- 2. Add onion and bell pepper and sauté until soft.
- 3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and pour over the vegetables.
- 4. Let set over medium heat and season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Cut into pieces and serve.
