Ingredients
- 500 g potatoes
- 100 g bacon
- 4 eggs
- 1 onions
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel and cube potatoes.
- 2. Fry bacon and onion until crispy.
- 3. Add potatoes and fry until golden brown.
- 4. Add eggs to the pan and stir until set.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper.
- 6. Serve and enjoy!
