Ingredients
- 500g Beef
- 1 Onion
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 TL Cumin
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 4 tortillas
- 30g Cilantro
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut beef into pieces and season with salt and cumin.
- 2. Finely chop onion and garlic and add to the meat.
- 3. Cook meat in a large pot with water, bay leaves, and spices (about 4 hours).
- 4. Let the meat cool and shred it.
- 5. Warm tortillas and add the shredded beef.
- 6. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
