Ingredients
- 6 Blätter phyllo dough
- 200g feta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 150g yogurt
- 1 TL salt
- nach Geschmack pepper
Instructions
- 1. Crush feta and mix with eggs, yogurt, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Lay a sheet of phyllo dough on a baking tray and top with the filling.
- 3. Layer the remaining dough, incorporating the filling.
- 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes.
