🥗 Banitsa - Cheese Pie

Ingredients
- 300 g phyllo dough
- 200 g feta cheese
- 2 Stück eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 2 EL oil
Instructions
- 1. Crumble feta and mix with beaten eggs and milk.
- 2. Place a layer of phyllo in a greased dish and brush with oil.
- 3. Spread some filling and continue layering with phyllo.
- 4. Bake at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
