Ingredients
- 100 g Rice Flour
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 1 TL Turmeric
- 100 g Mung Bean Sprouts
- 50 g Onion (finely chopped)
- 4 Blätter Lettuce Leaves (for serving)
- 50 ml Soy Sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- 1. Mix rice flour, coconut milk, and turmeric in a bowl.
- 2. Let the batter rest while preparing the filling.
- 3. Sauté onion in a pan until golden brown.
- 4. Add mung bean sprouts and other desired fillings.
- 5. Pour some batter into the pan and spread evenly, cook until edges become crispy.
- 6. Serve with lettuce leaves and dip in soy sauce.
