- 150 tofu
- 100 Bean Sprouts
- 1 Onion
Instructions
- 1. Mix rice flour, turmeric, and water into a batter.
- 2. Dice tofu and onion.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté tofu and onion.
- 4. Pour batter over vegetables and cook on low heat.
- 5. Garnish with bean sprouts and serve.
