🐟 Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese Crepes with Pork and Shrimp)

Ingredients
- 100 g Rice flour
- 300 ml Water
- 1 TL Turmeric
- 150 g Pork
- 100 g Shrimp
- 4 Blätter Lettuce leaves
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, water, and turmeric into a batter.
- 2. Chop the pork and shrimp into small pieces.
- 3. Heat some oil in a pan and pour in the batter.
- 4. Place the pork and shrimp on top of the batter and cook.
- 5. Carefully flip the bánh xèo and finish cooking.
- 6. Serve with lettuce.
