Ingredients
- 2 Stück Baguette
- 250 g Chicken breast
- 1 Stück Carrot
- 100 g Daikon radish
- 1/2 Stück Cucumber
- eine Handvoll Coriander
- 2 EL Mayonnaise
- 1 EL Sriracha
- 1 EL Soy sauce
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken breast into small pieces and marinate with soy sauce, pepper, and salt.
- 2. Peel carrot and daikon radish, and cut into fine strips (julienne).
- 3. Slice cucumber thinly.
- 4. Fry the marinated chicken in a pan until cooked through.
- 5. Slice the baguettes and spread with mayonnaise and Sriracha.
- 6. Fill the baguettes with chicken pieces, carrot, daikon, cucumber, and coriander.
- 7. Arrange the sandwich as desired and serve.
