  1. 1. Peel, dice potatoes and boil in salted water.
  2. 2. Fry the sausages in a pan until golden brown.
  3. 3. Chop onion and sauté in the pan with the fat from sausages.
  4. 4. Add flour, mix well and stir in broth.
  5. 5. Drain potatoes and mash with butter and milk.
  6. 6. Serve sausages with mashed potatoes and gravy.
  7. 7. Garnish with parsley.
