🥗 Bangers and Mash

Ingredients
- 4 Pork sausages
- 400 g Potatoes
- 100 ml Milk
- 30 g butter
- 1 Onion
- 200 ml Broth
- 1 EL Flour
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- zum Garnieren Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Peel, dice potatoes and boil in salted water.
- 2. Fry the sausages in a pan until golden brown.
- 3. Chop onion and sauté in the pan with the fat from sausages.
- 4. Add flour, mix well and stir in broth.
- 5. Drain potatoes and mash with butter and milk.
- 6. Serve sausages with mashed potatoes and gravy.
- 7. Garnish with parsley.
