Ingredients
- 4 Sausages
- 400g Potatoes
- 50ml Milk
- 30g Butter
- 1 Onion
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
- zum Anbraten Cooking oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel, cut, and cook potatoes.
- 2. Finely chop onion and sauté in a pan.
- 3. Fry sausages in another pan until golden brown.
- 4. Mash potatoes, stir in milk and butter, season.
- 5. Plate sausages and mash, serve.
