🥗 Bangers and Mash

Ingredients
- 4 pork sausages
- 400g potatoes
- 50ml milk
- 30g butter
- 1 onion
- zum Würzen salt
- zum Würzen pepper
- 250ml gravy
Instructions
- 1. Peel, chop potatoes, and cook in salted water until tender.
- 2. Sauté sausages in a pan until golden brown.
- 3. Drain cooked potatoes, mash them with milk and butter, and season.
- 4. Sauté onion in the pan until soft.
- 5. Add gravy and heat through.
- 6. Serve sausages over mashed potatoes with gravy.
