- 200g Beef
- 100g Pork Belly
- 100g chorizo
- 150g Red Beans
- 100g Rice
- 1 Stück avocado
Instructions
- 1. Cut the beef and pork belly into cubes and fry.
- 2. Slice the chorizo and fry with the meats.
- 3. Cook the red beans in water until soft.
- 4. Cook the rice separately.
- 5. Puree the cooked beans and use as a sauce.
- 6. Arrange on a large plate: meats, rice, beans, and avocado.
