- 200g Pork Belly
- 200g Beef
- 200g Rice
- 150g Black Beans
- 2 Stück arepas
- 1 Stück avocado
- 100g Chorizo
- 2 Stück Fried Egg
Instructions
- 1. Sear pork belly and beef until golden brown.
- 2. Cook beans and rice in separate pots.
- 3. Grill or bake arepas until lightly golden.
- 4. Arrange everything on a large plate: rice, meat, beans, arepas, avocado, and eggs.
