Ingredients
- 2 Ripe bananas
- 150g Oat flour
- 200ml Plant milk (e.g., oat milk)
- 1 TL Baking powder
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 2 EL Coconut oil
- nach Bedarf Fruits and maple syrup for serving
Instructions
- 1. Mash bananas in a bowl and mix with oat flour, plant milk, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- 2. Heat coconut oil in a skillet and pour in small portions of the batter, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- 3. Serve pancakes topped with fresh fruits and maple syrup.
