Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 100g dates
- 150g whole wheat flour
- 1 TL baking powder
- 1 TL cinnamon
- 50ml plant oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2. Mash bananas in a bowl.
- 3. Chop dates and add.
- 4. Add whole wheat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- 5. Add oil and mix well.
- 6. Fill into muffin molds and bake for 20 minutes.
