  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a loaf pan.
  2. 2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl.
  3. 3. Add the egg, sugar, and melted butter to the bananas and mix well.
  4. 4. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. 5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  6. 6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. 7. Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it and cooling completely on a wire rack.
