🍰 Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 2 Stück Ripe Bananas
- 150 g Flour
- 75 g Sugar
- 1 TL Baking Powder
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Stück Eggs
- 50 g Butter
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a loaf pan.
- 2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl.
- 3. Add the egg, sugar, and melted butter to the bananas and mix well.
- 4. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
- 6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 7. Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it and cooling completely on a wire rack.
