🥗 Balsamic Pear Goat Cheese Salad with Walnuts

Ingredients
- 250 g Chicory lettuce
- 2 Stück Firm pear
- 150 g Fresh goat cheese
- 50 g Walnuts
- 3 EL Balsamic vinegar
- 4 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Honey
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicory lettuce and dry it thoroughly. Tear the leaves into large pieces by hand and place them on a large platter.
- 2. Wash the pears, peel them, and remove the core. Cut the flesh into thin wedges.
- 3. Spend 5 minutes toasting the walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant. Let them cool, then break them into rough pieces.
- 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- 5. Evenly distribute the pear wedges and the crumbled goat cheese over the salad.
- 6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and sprinkle the toasted walnuts on top. Serve immediately.
