Ingredients
- 250 g Phyllo Dough
- 200 g Walnuts
- 150 g Sugar
- 100 g Honey
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 1 EL Lemon Juice
- 100 g butter
Instructions
- 1. Mix walnuts with sugar and cinnamon.
- 2. Layer phyllo dough in a baking dish, buttering between layers.
- 3. Add walnut mixture on the dough layers.
- 4. Layer more dough on top and bake.
- 5. Heat honey and lemon juice for the syrup.
- 6. Soak baklava with syrup after baking.
