Ingredients
- 200g Salmon fillet
- 1 Lemons
- 20g Dill
- 30g Butter
- 50g Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Place a piece of baking paper in the air fryer basket so nothing sticks.
- 2. Pat the 200 g salmon fillet dry with paper towels. Never wash it!
- 3. Season the dry salmon with a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.
- 4. Slice the lemons into very thin, round slices.
- 5. Finely chop the 20 g dill. Keep it cold so it doesn’t wilt.
- 6. Melt the 30 g butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- 7. Stir the chopped dill into the melted butter. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- 8. Pour the 50 g panko breadcrumbs into a small bowl.
- 9. Pour the dill butter mixture over the panko. Stir to moisten.
- 10. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. This takes about 3 minutes.
- 11. Place the salmon on the baking paper in the air fryer basket.
- 12. Distribute the lemon slices evenly over the salmon fillet.
- 13. Press the panko dill mixture firmly onto the salmon. This will create a crust.
- 14. Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 180 °C for 12 minutes, until it flakes easily.
- 15. Open the air fryer and carefully flip the crust with a fork.
- 16. Cook the salmon for another 3 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
- 17. Remove the salmon. It’s perfect when it flakes easily.
