  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat).
  2. 2. Wash the cherry tomatoes and dry them.
  3. 3. Put the tomatoes into a baking dish.
  4. 4. Place the whole block of feta on top of the tomatoes.
  5. 5. Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and oregano in a small cup.
  6. 6. Pour the oil mixture evenly over the tomatoes and feta.
  7. 7. Place the flatbreads on the rack or a second dish and bake everything for 20 minutes (timer: 20).
  8. 8. Remove the dish from the oven and roughly mash the feta with a fork.
  9. 9. Finely chop the basil and chives and sprinkle them on top.
  10. 10. Serve the flatbreads directly next to the baking dish for dipping.
