Ingredients
- 1 große Eggplant
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 cm Ginger
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Grill the eggplant until the skin is blackened and the flesh is soft.
- 2. Mash the peeled eggplant in a bowl.
- 3. Chop onion and ginger finely and sauté in a pan.
- 4. Add the tomato and sauté briefly.
- 5. Sprinkle in cumin, coriander and chili powder, mix well.
- 6. Add the mashed eggplant and mix well.
- 7. Season with salt and serve.
