Ingredients
- 200 g Salted Cod
- 100 ml Olive Oil
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 TS pepper
- 2 EL Parsley
- 1 Chili Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Soak bacalhau overnight.
- 2. Sauté garlic and chili in olive oil.
- 3. Add bacalhau and lightly sauté.
- 4. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley, serve.
