- 200 cod
- 1 flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 garlic cloves
- zum Frittieren olive oil
- 150 water
Instructions
- 1. Boil the cod and shred it. Chop the garlic.
- 2. Mix flour, water, eggs, and garlic to form a batter.
- 3. Fold the shredded cod into the batter.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and fry spoonfuls of batter until golden brown.
