🥪 Avocado Toast with Feta and Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 2 Scheiben Whole grain bread
- 1 avocado
- 50 g Feta cheese
- 100 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 EL Basil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Mash avocado and spread on bread.
- 2. Quarter cherry tomatoes and place on toast.
- 3. Crumble feta over the tomatoes.
- 4. Drizzle with olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Serve immediately.
