- 1 Avocado
- 2 Scheiben Whole grain bread
- 2 Eggs
- 1 TL Chili flakes
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Mash avocado on a slice of bread.
- 2. Fry or poach the eggs.
- 3. Season the avocado toast with salt and pepper.
- 4. Place eggs on the avocado toast.
- 5. Sprinkle with chili flakes and serve.
