Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- 2 Eggs
- 60g Cocoa Powder
- nach Geschmack Stevia
- 1 TL Baking Powder
- 50g Walnuts
Instructions
- 1. Remove the pit from the avocado and place the flesh in a bowl.
- 2. Add eggs, cocoa, stevia, and baking powder, mix well.
- 3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- 4. Evenly distribute the chopped walnuts on top.
- 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
- 6. Let cool, cut into pieces, and serve.
