- 1 avocado
- 100 Tomatoes
- 50 Onion
- 30 Cilantro
- 30 Lime Juice
Instructions
- 1. Grill chicken breast and cut into pieces.
- 2. Finely chop tomatoes, onion, and cilantro.
- 3. Prepare salsa in a bowl: chop ingredients and mix with lime juice.
- 4. Halve the avocado and remove the pit.
- 5. Fill avocado halves with chicken and salsa.
