Ingredients
- 2 Tassen Mixed Vegetables
- 1/2 Tasse Coconut
- 1 Green Chili
- 1/2 Tasse Yogurt
- 1 TL Salt
- zum Garnieren Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- 1. Boil and blend the vegetables until soft.
- 2. Blend coconut and chili in a food processor.
- 3. Combine both mixtures and mix well.
- 4. Season with yogurt and salt.
- 5. Garnish with coriander and serve.
