Ingredients
- 150g Basmati Rice
- 200g tofu
- 150g Broccoli
- 100g Carrots
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 Stück Ginger
- 1 Zehe Garlic
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to instructions.
- 2. Cube tofu and sauté.
- 3. Steam broccoli and carrots.
- 4. Finely chop ginger and garlic.
- 5. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- 6. Season with soy sauce and sesame oil.
