- 2 Onion
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 1 Bell pepper
- 2 Sugar
- 500 Broth
Instructions
- 1. Sear beef in sugar until caramelized.
- 2. Add onions, garlic, and bell pepper, and sauté.
- 3. Add broth and bring to a boil.
- 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
- 5. Slice meat and serve with sauce.
