🍚 Simple Arroz con Leche

Ingredients
- 100 g Short-grain rice
- 500 ml Whole milk
- 60 g Sugar
- 1 Stk Rind of 1 lemon
- 1 Stk Cinnamon stick
- 5 g Ground cinnamon for dusting
Instructions
- 1. Put rice, milk, sugar, lemon peel, and cinnamon stick in a pot.
- 2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- 3. Reduce the heat and cook the rice for 20 minutes while stirring.
- 4. Remove the cinnamon stick and lemon peel.
- 5. Let the rice rest for 5 minutes.
- 6. Serve the rice with ground cinnamon on top.
