- 250 g Chicken Breast
- 200 g Rice
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 2 Tomatoes
- 400 ml Chicken Broth
- 1 g Saffron
- 100 g Peas
Instructions
- 1. Sauté chicken and onion.
- 2. Add bell pepper and tomatoes.
- 3. Add rice and broth and let cook.
- 4. Add saffron and peas and serve.
