Ingredients
- 400g chicken
- 200g rice
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 20g cilantro
- 400ml chicken broth
- 1 TL turmeric
- nach Geschmack salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken into pieces and brown.
- 2. Chop onion and bell pepper and add them.
- 3. Add rice and mix well.
- 4. Add chicken broth and turmeric, bring to a boil.
- 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
