Ingredients
- 1 Jasmine rice
- 1 pigeon peas
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper

Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice and let it drain.
- 2. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
- 3. Heat some oil in a pot and sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.
- 4. Add the rice and sauté briefly.
- 5. Add the pigeon peas and enough water to cook the rice, seasoning with salt to taste.
- 6. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce heat until the rice is cooked.
