🥗 Argentinian Empanadas

Ingredients
- 200g Empanada dough
- 300g Ground beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell pepper
- 2 Boiled eggs
- 2 EL Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper, and sauté them in olive oil.
- 2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
- 3. Chop the boiled eggs and add them to the meat mixture.
- 4. Roll out the empanada dough and place fillings in the center.
- 5. Fold the dough over and press the edges to seal.
- 6. Bake empanadas in the oven at 200°C until golden brown.
