Ingredients
- 500 beef steak
- 2 olive oil
- 2 garlic
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- 2 lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the steak with olive oil, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- 3. Preheat the grill to high heat.
- 4. Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes per side depending on thickness.
- 5. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- 6. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
