Ingredients
- 100g Oats
- 200ml Almond milk
- 2 EL Chia seeds
- 1 Grated apple
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 1 EL Maple syrup
- 30g Walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Combine oats, almond milk, chia seeds, grated apple, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a bowl.
- 2. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate overnight.
- 3. Top with walnuts (optional) and enjoy.
