2. Wash the blueberries and pick out any unripe ones. Combine them with the apple cubes, jam sugar, and lemon juice in a pot. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then let it bubble vigorously for 4 minutes.
3. Remove the pot from the heat. Immediately fill the hot jam into jars that have been rinsed with hot water. Seal the jars tightly, place them upside down on their lids, and let them cool for about 15 minutes. Then turn the jars right side up and let them cool completely.
