🍰 Apple Strudel

Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 200 g strudel dough
- 50 g sugar
- 1 TL cinnamon
- 50 g raisins
- 50 g bread crumbs
- 30 g butter
- zum Bestäuben powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Peel, core, and slice the apples thinly.
- 2. Roll out the strudel dough thinly on a floured cloth.
- 3. Mix apple slices with sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and bread crumbs.
- 4. Spread the apple mixture evenly over the dough.
- 5. Lift the cloth and carefully roll the strudel.
- 6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with melted butter.
- 7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
- 8. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
