Ingredients
- 300 g apples
- 200 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 50 g almonds
- 1 TL cinnamon
- 1 TL baking powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2. Peel and cut apples into small pieces.
- 3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- 4. Mix in the eggs one by one.
- 5. Fold in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and almonds.
- 6. Fold in the apple pieces.
- 7. Fill into a greased springform and bake for about 40-45 minutes.
