🍎 Roasted Apple Grioche Cream

Ingredients
- 500 g Apples (e.g., Boskoop)
- 30 g Butter
- 20 g Sugar
- 1 Prisen Cinnamon
- 100 ml Grioche (sweetened condensed milk)
- 50 ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples, remove the core, and cut them into small cubes.
- 2. Heat butter in a pan and fry the apple cubes until crispy.
- 3. Add sugar and cinnamon and stir briefly.
- 4. Deglaze with water and let everything simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
- 5. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the Grioche until dissolved.
- 6. Serve the warm cream immediately in a glass.
