🍎 Apple Bread Pudding Flan

Ingredients
- 200 g Day-old White Bread (cubed)
- 2 Stk Apples (firm cooking)
- 400 ml Whole Milk
- 3 Stk Eggs (Size M)
- 80 g Sugar
- 1 TL Cinnamon (ground)
- 20 g Butter
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Grease a baking dish (approx. 20x20 cm) with butter.
- 2. Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into small cubes.
- 3. Distribute the bread cubes and apple pieces evenly in the baking dish.
- 4. Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, and cinnamon together in a large bowl until the sugar is dissolved.
- 5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and apples. Gently press the bread so it absorbs the liquid. Let it soak for 15 minutes.
- 6. Place the dish in the oven. Bake the casserole for 40 to 45 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- 7. Remove the casserole from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving warm.
