Ingredients
- 400 g Bucatini or Spaghetti
- 200 g Guanciale (cubed)
- 400 ml Passata (strained tomatoes)
- 50 g Pecorino Romano (grated)
- 1 Stk Red chili (fresh, chopped)
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 10 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta al dente.
- 2. Fry the guanciale in a pan without oil over medium heat until crispy.
- 3. Add the chopped chili and fry for 1 more minute.
- 4. Pour the passata into the pan, salt and let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes.
- 5. Add the drained pasta to the sauce and mix well.
- 6. Serve the pasta with the grated Pecorino on top.
