  3. 3. Add the chopped chili and fry for 1 more minute.
  4. 4. Pour the passata into the pan, salt and let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the drained pasta to the sauce and mix well.
  6. 6. Serve the pasta with the grated Pecorino on top.
