Ingredients
- 300 g macaroni
- 300 g Potatoes
- 1 Stück Onion
- 200 ml Cream
- 150 g Gruyère cheese
- 30 g butter
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel and cube potatoes, sauté onion.
- 2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- 3. Add potatoes to boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
- 4. Drain macaroni and potatoes, mix with cream and cheese.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper, place in a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.
- 6. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
- 7. Serve and enjoy.
