Ingredients
- 300 g Potatoes
- 50 g Green Peas
- 50 g Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Bund Coriander
- nach Geschmack Spices (Cumin, Chili)
- nach Bedarf Oil for frying
Instructions
- 1. Boil and mash the potatoes.
- 2. Add green peas and mix well.
- 3. Add coriander and spices, then shape into patties.
- 4. Coat the patties in bread crumbs.
- 5. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- 6. Serve with chutney or yogurt.
