🥗 Aloo Paratha

Ingredients
- 200g Whole Wheat Flour
- 200g Potatoes
- 1/2 TL Cumin
- 1 Green Chili
- 1 EL Coriander
- 1/2 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Boil the potatoes, peel and mash them.
- 2. Mix spices and coriander into the mashed potatoes.
- 3. Add flour and salt to a bowl, and add water to form a dough.
- 4. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- 5. Divide dough into small portions, fill with the mixture and form into flatbreads.
- 6. Cook in a hot pan for about 3 minutes on each side.
